Selling your prized comic books is never easy, especially if you’ve been collecting them since childhood. The fear of getting ripped off or having your comics undervalued, along with the thought of having to put them in the mail for an appraisal before actually getting paid for them is probably enough to give you night terrors! If you’re feeling this way, let me try to put your mind at ease. I had a large collection of 1960’s Justice League comics that I had been collecting since I was a kid. My collection stretched all the way from #1 to #150, and, of course, it had a great deal of sentimental and potential value. Wanting to get the absolute best price for my collection, I asked for an appraisal from Sell My Comics, Sparkle City Comics, and Dylan. They all came in at about exactly the same price, so I can assure you that Dylan is a straight shooter when it comes to valuing your comics. (I did my homework, and you can too, as all of these buyers will give you a free estimate on your comics if your collection is valuable enough!). At the end of the day, when faced with three equal estimates, the reason I decided to go with Dylan was his AMAZING customer service! Although Sell My Comics and Sparkle City were nice enough, Dylan was always the first to reply to my e-mails, and you can instantly tell that he’s a true comic book lover. (Once again, do your homework and Google him! The story of how and why he set up his business is readily available online, and it’s a great tale that will definitely inspire you. He took his passion and ran with it at an incredibly young age, and it shows in the way he runs his company!). In closing, I absolutely know what it’s like to have to sell your babies. I did a lot of homework and research before I sold mine, and I have absolutely zero regrets about having gone with Dylan. He made the process extremely easy, and there were zero glitches in the process from our initial contact, to shipping, to payment. I can’t say enough about how much I recommend him!
